19th May 2024, we had the privilege of providing Grazing Platters for Carolyn and Dave’s post-wedding get together at Tullibole Castle.
Our Grazing Platters featured:
Cheeses: A variety of cheeses such as brie, flavoured cheddar, gouda, blue cheese and goat cheese.
Charcuterie: Assorted cured meats like prosciutto, salami, chorizo and ham.
Crackers and Bread: Different types of crackers, breadsticks and sliced baguettes to pair with the cheeses, meats & chutney.
Fresh Fruit: A selection of fresh fruits such as; grapes, berries, melon, sliced apples, pears or oranges.
Dried Fruits and Nuts: Dried apricots, figs, dates, cranberries, almonds, cashews, walnuts and pistachios.
Antipasto: Olives, pickles, marinated vegetables (such as artichokes, roasted peppers) and sun-dried tomatoes.
Dips and Crudites: Hummus, tzatziki, guacamole, Muhammara, and other various flavoured dips served alongside vegetable sticks.
In addition to the Grazing Platters, the Newlyweds also requested a selection of sandwiches, ensuring there was something for everyone to enjoy!
